Adecco Belgium selects Actonomy for its semantic searching & matching solution! Adecco Belgium is one of the top recruitment companies in Belgium and has one of the largest candidate database on the market. By using in internally development CRM application, the large candidate pool was being searched using traditional technology such as Boolean searches. “Boolean searches or database queries were no longer sufficient : often too many queries were required to get results and the quality of the results was not high enough’, according to Bjorn Van Reet – IT Director.
A more advanced solution was required to increase the quality of the results and to make searching easier for the consultants. ‘We made a scan of available solutions on the market and finally decided to go with Actonomy xMP. Actonomy xMP is in the meantime rolled-out in the entire organisation and is used to search for candidates, to match vacancies with candidates and candidates with vacancies.
